BuShips Directive 1510-01 was issued on 2 September 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive decommissions HMS Broadsword.
Order Text
Ladies and Gentlemen of the Grand Alliance:
It is my regretful duty to announce, at the request of the CO, the decommissioning of HMS Broadsword (CA-47), formerly based in Louisiana.
As of October 2, 2015, the Pinnace Broadsword-01 is recalled and HMS Broadsword is recalled to Manticore. All crew (both of HMS Broadsword and Pinnace Broadsword-01) are hereby transferred to HMS Sphinx (SD-86) at their request.
