BuShips Directive 1506-07 was issued 23 June 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Wolfhound (DD-437).

My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on June 23, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Wolfhound (DD-437), under the command of Lt. Commander Alan Provo. This is a Wolfhound Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Rustburg, VA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Wolfhound:
- Lieutenant Commander Alan Provo (assigned as CO of HMS Wolfhound)
- Lieutenant, senior grade Sarah Provo(assigned as XO of HMS Wolfhound)
- Chief Petty Officer Mindy Chan (assigned as Bosun of HMS Wolfhound)
- Chief Petty Officer Leonard Price
- Spacer 3rd Class Michael Edelson
- Spacer 3rd Class Joe Mabe
- Spacer 3rd Class Patrick Porris
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:
- Alan Provo to Lt. Commander
- Sarah Provo to Lieutenant, senior grade
- Mindy Chan to Chief Petty Officer
