BuShips Directive 1409-07 was issued 23 September 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Invictus (SD-406).
Order Text
My fellow Members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on September 23, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Invictus, SD-406, under the command of Captain (s.g.) Cindy Jeffers. This is an Invictus Class Super Dreadnought and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Webster City, IA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Invictus:
- Captain, senior grade, Cindy Jeffers (assigned as CO of HMS Invictus
- Commander RJ Lundgren (assigned as XO of HMS Invictus)
- Chief Petty Officer Mitch Brokaw (assigned as Bosun of HMS Invictus)

- Ensign Lyndsey Griffey
- Second Lieutenant Rob Folden, RMMC
