My fellow members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on April 1, 2014, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Rigel, BC-591. The new Command Staff is as follows:


Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on March 22, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of GNS David, CL-13, under the command of [[Commander]] Melyssa Smith. This is a David Class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the [[Fourth Fleet]], based in Norman, OK.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to GNS David:
The XO, Bosun and other crew of HMS Rigel remain unchanged at this time.
