BuShips Directive 1403-07 was issued 22 March 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions GNS David (CL-13).
Order Text
My fellow members of the Grand Alliance,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on March 22, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of GNS David, CL-13, under the command of Commander Melyssa Smith. This is a David Class Light Cruiser and is assigned to the Fourth Fleet, based in Norman, OK.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to GNS David:
- Commander Melyssa Smith (CO, GNS David)
- Lieutenant Commander Doss Buckalew (XO, GNS David)
- Chief Petty Officer Cole Coner (Bosun, GNS David)
- Ensign Benjamin Smith
- Spacer 3rd Class Larry Everly
- Spacer 3rd Class Maria Soto
- Spacer 3rd Class David Holloway
- Private Alex Torres
- Civilian One David Kimbrell
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below
