BuShips Directive 1311-03 was issued 8 November 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Chaos (DD-57).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 8, 2013, it is my duty to announce the change of command and crew reassignments for HMS Chaos, DD-57. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Lieutenant Commander Candice Buss, assigned as CO of HMS Chaos
- Lieutenant, s.g. Jonathan Casas, assigned as XO of HMS Chaos
- Chief Petty Officer Brian White, assigned as Bosun of HMS Chaos
The other crew of HMS Chaos at this time are:
- Spacer 3rd Class Adrian Austin
- Spacer 3rd Class Gwyn Gahagan
- Spacer 3rd Class Joseph Rose
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Candice Buss to Lieutenant Commander, assigned as CO of HMS Chaos
- Jonathan Casas to Lieutenant, s.g., assigned as XO of HMS Chaos
- Brian White to Chief Petty Officer, assigned as Bosun of HMS Chaos
