BuShips Directive 1307-01 was issued on 11 July 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Devastation (DD-44).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on July 11, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Devastation (DD-44), under the command of Lt. Commander Michael Hunnicutt. This is a Havoc Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Smithfield, VA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Devastation:
- Lieutenant Commander Michael Hunnicutt (CO of HMS Devastation)
- Lieutenant, Senior Grade Gene Roub (XO of HMS Devastation)
- Chief Petty Officer Wilmer Aygarn (Bosun of HMS Devastation)
- Spacer 3rd Class Joseph Morgan
- Spacer 3rd Class Christine Hunnicutt
- Spacer 3rd Class Damian Bloodstone
- Spacer 3rd Class Mike Romero
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below
- Michael Hunnicutt to Lieutenant Commander (and assigned as CO of HMS Devastation)
- Gene Roub to Lieutenant, Senior Grade (and assigned as XO of HMS Devastation)
- Wilmer Aygarn to Chief Petty Officer (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Devastation)
