BuShips Directive 1211-04 was issued 16 November 2012 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Phantom (CLAC-89).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 16, 2012, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Phantom, CLAC-89. The new Command Staff is as follows:
- Captain, j.g. Karen Haggerty, assigned as CO of HMS Phantom
- Commander Mary Cates, assigned as XO of HMS Phantom
The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
- Captain, j.g. Karen Haggerty, assigned as CO of HMS Phantom
- Commander Mary Cates, assigned as XO of HMS Phantom
