it gives me great pleasure to officially announce the following changes of Command and brevet promotions for ships around the Fleet:
PO3 Elizabeth Cant appointed to Bosun, breveted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer.
Commander Laura Lochen appointed to Commanding Officer, breveted to the rank of Captain, j.g. Commander Elisa Randall appointed Executive Officer
Jason Gurule appointed to Commanding Officer, breveted to the rank of Captain, s.g.
