BuShips Directive 1207-01 was issued 05 July 2012 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Truculent.

My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on July 5, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Truculent, BC-593. This is a Nike Class Battle Cruiser under the Command of Captain, j.g. Timothy Monk and is assigned to the Tenth Fleet.

My deepest apologies, I seem to have screwed up! I misspelled Ensign Conder's name, it should be Ensign Cary Anne Conder. I also left off one of the most important people from the crew list: Fleet Admiral Scott Akers, 1st Space Lord will also be in command from the Flag Bridge. My apologies to everyone!
