BuShips Directive 1201-01 was issued 10 January 2012 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Heracles.
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on January 10, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the HMS Heracles, BC-566. This is an Agamemnon-class Battlecruiser under the Command of Captain (j.g.) James Kratzer and is assigned to the First Fleet.
The crew of this ship is the same as the crew of the HMS Reuben James which has been recalled and placed into mothballs pending assignment of a new crew.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following additional personnel are breveted in rank:
- James Kratzer to Captain, junior grade
