BuPlan Directive 2003-03 was issued on 19 March 2020 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Intelligence Agent for the Bureau of Planning covering the Tenth Fleet area of operations.

You are hereby ordered to proceed to the Office of Intelligence, Bureau of Planning in order to take up your new appointment as the Tenth Fleet Intelligence Agent. Report to Ensign Randee Jane Moody to provide intelligence and recruiting support to both Tenth Fleet and the Bureau of Planning.
