Re: BuComm Order 1707-02 - Response times and escalation process

At the Bureau of Communications, we endeavor to respond quickly to requests and Bolthole tickets, but occasionally during times of high volume, we drop the ball. This order will spell out how quickly you should expect a response and the escalation process if you do not get a response. With the exception of Space Lords, Deputy Space Lords, Space Lords’ Chief of Staff and members of the Royal Council, you should not directly contact myself or any members of my staff unsolicited except as specified in this order. The use of Facebook, Facebook Messenger or TRMN Forum private messages are not valid support channels and should not be utilized.

ARTWORK APPROVAL REQUEST, DOCUMENT EDITING/FORMATTING/LAYOUT REQUESTS

Expected initial response time: 7 days
No response after 7 days: Email bucomm@trmn.org and request the status
No response after an additional 5 days: Email cos@bucomm.trmn.org and request the status
No response after an additional 3 days: Email 4sl@trmn.org

BOLTHOLE TICKETS

Expected initial response time: 7 days
No response after 7 days: Email bucomm@trmn.org and request the status
No response after an additional 5 days: Email cos@bucomm.trmn.org and request the status
No response after an additional 3 days: Email 4sl@trmn.org

Forum links for questions: Depends on the issue. There are forums for MEDUSA Q&A, General Forum Q&A and each Bureau should have a General Discussion or Questions forum as well

We are currently evaluating various solutions to improve these response times as well as your ability to track your request, and the initial response time should be considered the maximum time before receiving an initial response.

In Honor of the Queen
