Admiralty Order 1703-05 was issued March 29th, 2017 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. This order establishes a username policy for the The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. forums site.

As the Forums are new, some things need to be clarified. One of those is Usernames.
As of tonight, your Username should be changed from your RMN number to Your First Name, and Your Last Name. You are permitted to follow that with your position, but Usernames should be kept as short as possible.
Your Display Name can be your First Name, and your Last Name, followed by your post-nominals.
Usernames must follow this format within two weeks of this post, which is effective on 29 March, 2017
Each Echelon level will still need to designate at least 1 Moderator for their forums, and this information must be shared with the Forum Administrators via the Bolthole email below.
Issues with the Forums can be reported through Bolthole@trmn.org

You will log in with your MEDUSA Username (your email address) and password. There is no need to register.
To ensure as many of our members as possible know about this, it will fall upon Chapter CO’s to share this AO with their crews.
The current grace period on all Facebook Groups is extended to April 28, 2017.
