Admiralty Order 1401-03 was issued January 27, 2014 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It deals with the indcution of new members to the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby promote Captain Junior Grade Zachary Fraser, Member of the Order, with the class of Knight Commander effective to 22-Jan-14as a reward for his donations since 20-FEB-11.

This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of KDE and the right to be known as “Sir”.
