As of the date of this Order, by my hand as Knight Commander of the Peerage College, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby award the following Landed Peerage, effective on 23-NOV-13:
To Captain S.G. Elisa Randall, Commanding Officer of HMS Invincible, SD-455, the peerage title of Baroness and the peerage land of New Cumbria. This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above title.
