Admiralty Order 1303-03 was issued March 22, 2013 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It appoints the Judge Advocate-General for The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Ivo Heger as Judge Advocate General, with the rank of Brigadier General, effective 22-MAR-13.
This Officers is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Billets, Ranks and Title.
