Order Text

To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Marine Corps and Army
From: Admiral of the Fleet, Lord Martin A. Lessem, JD, First Lord of the Admiralty, Duke of New Scania
Re: Initial Rank and Peerage Awards - Revised (Admiralty Order 0802-02)

As the organization grows, and people are needed to fill posts, the First Lord of the Admiralty may promote Officers to their Billet Ranks and issue a Peerage Award if the position would be deserving of one.

These officers would still be required to complete all required Academy Courses for their rank within 9 calendar months or forfeit rank to the highest Academy Level completed until they have finished. The initial Peerage Award will be valid for 12 months, but if courses not completed within that time, Peerage would revert to the Rank Appropriate Level.

Issued by:
Admiral Lord Martin A. Lessem, JD
Admiral of the Fleet, Duke of New Scania
First Lord of the Admiralty
