The Barony of New Phoenicia is a peerage title awarded by The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..

New Phoenicia was created as a title on 16 January 2025 when the Lord Speaker announced the results of the Peerage Court of 2024/25 that Vice Admiral Sir Justin Dupras was created Baron New Phoenicia.
