As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Colonel Jackie Stuard, RMMC to the position of History of 20th Century instructor, Mannheim University, Star Kingdom University System.
Colonel Stuard, you are ordered to report to Mannhiem University, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as History of TRMN instructor, where you will report to the Provost of Mannheim University
