BuShips Directive 2406-02 was issued on 22 June 2024 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Commanding Officer and Executive Officer to the RHNS Victoire (CL-3988).

CC: Captain Marvin Wooten, RHN, Commanding Officer, RHNS Victoire (CL-3988)

Korvettenkapitän Vonderheyde:

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard RHNS Victoire (CL-3988), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Captain Marvin Wooten, RHN in service to the Republic. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

Based upon the requirements of the service you are hereby breveted to the rank of O-5 Fregattenkapitän, IAN.

The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard RHNS Victoire (CL-3988), there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:

• Commander James E Cress, RHN (RMN-2874-16), is assigned as Executive Officer.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Captain Wooten for their service as CO of RHNS Victoire and wish them all success in their future endeavors.

The above directive is effective on this date, 22 June 2024.
