As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Sir James Friedline, Civilian (DIP) to the position of History of TRMN instructor, Mannheim University, Star Kingdom University System.
Sir James, you are ordered to report to Landing University, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as History of TRMN instructor, where you will report to the Provost of Mannheim University
