Buplan Directive 1905-01 was issued 28 March 2019 under the authority of the Second Space Lord. It is the appointment of the Tenth Fleet Intelligence Agent position in the Bureau of Planning.

You are hereby directed and required to report post haste to Staff Intelligence Officer Captain (JG) Zachary McCauley in your new capacity as Tenth Fleet Intel Agent to BuPlan. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
