Fleet Order 1705-C was issued 25 May 2017 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order awarded a third Prisoner of War Medal to CAPTJG Justin Dupras.

Re:	Award of Prisoner of War Medal: Dupras, J. GRYPHON FLEET ORDER 1705-C 25MAY2017

Captain (Junior Grade) Sir Justin DUPRAS, KE, OG, GS, COLAC 62nd LAC Wing, represented the Royal Manticoran Navy by participating in operations with the Mighty Mandos fan organization during Star Wars Day in his local school system, wearing Manticoran beret and insignia with his Imperial Stormtrooper armor.

Effective 25 May, 2017 Captain Dupras is hereby awarded the PRISONER OF WAR MEDAL and authorized to wear the POW ribbon with two clusters, this being his third award of the medal.
