Fleet Order 1703-B was issued 14 March 2016 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order awarded campaign medals to members volunteering at ConCoction 2017 in Cleveland, OH.

GRYPHON FLEET ORDER 1703-B, 14MAR2017


My thanks to the personnel who, conducted Royal Manticoran Navy operations at ConCoction, held in Cleveland, OH, 10-12 March 2017. The TRMN party room attracted some excellent new recruits for the organization as will be seen in the commendations issued below. All awards are effective 14 March 2017.

The following personnel are awarded the HAVENITE OPERATIONAL SERVICE MEDAL for their participation at ConCoction 2017:

  • CDR Terri LEAVITT, HMS Kodiak Max
  • S3C Daniel CHRAPCZYNSKI, HMS Kodiak Max

  • S2C Allan Cormach ERICKSON, HMS Reliant
  • S3C Anne TEXTOR, HMS Sabrepike
  • S3C Steve PONTIOUS, HMS Ajax

The following personnel are awarded a cluster to the SILESIAN ANTI-PIRACY MEDAL, for travelling a qualifying distance to participate at ConCoction 2017:

  • CAPTSG Sherman DAY, CO Task Force 22
  • CAPTSG Justin DUPRAS, CO 62nd LAC Wing.

The following personnel are awarded the NAVY COMMENDATION DECORATION, for their above-and-beyond lengthy volunteer participation to the short-handed TRMN party room, made all the more impressive by the fact that they had enlisted in the Queen’s Service less than 24 hours previously. Their hard work was vital to the operation’s success:

  • S3C Steve PONTIOUS, HMS Ajax

CAPTSG Sir Sherman DAY is hereby MENTIONED IN DISPATCHES for his dedication and hard work in travelling hundreds of miles and operating a party room almost single-handedly at great personal expense to promote The Royal Manticoran Navy .

CAPTJG Sir Justin DUPRAS is hereby MENTIONED IN DISPATCHES for his dedication in answering the call of duty by travelling hundreds of miles at the last minute despite a hectic work schedule and working all evening as bartender to promote The Royal Manticoran Navy.
