Corps Directive 06-1804 was issued 15 April 2018 under the authority of the Marshal of the Corps.

Over the years The Royal Manticoran Navy has grown and so has the RMMC. With the creation of a dedicated awards department within BuPers, it is clear that the RMMC should now have an individual who will help coordinate between the RMMC and that department.
Therefore, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby;
1) Create and establish the following billet within the RMMC:
a. RMMC Awards Director
2) This RMMC Awards Director reports directly to the Marshal of the Corps and is charged with, but not limited to the following;
a. Coordinate award nominations with the Office of Awards under the Fifth Space Lord (BuPers),
b. Coordinate and solicit for awards from the various Regiments and Naval Fleets,
c. Coordinate and solicit for yearly nominations for RMMC personal for appointment to HMS Unconquered and RMN personnel for Colonel of the Marines,
d. Coordinate with BuComm for the production of award certificates,
e. Submit awards lists to the First Lord of the Admiralty for the presentation at the various tRMN conventions, and to the Office of Awards for inclusion into the various member's permanent records.
3) The RMMC Awards Director may maintain a small staff if necessary. All additional staff must be approved by the Marshal of the Corps. The individual assigned to this billet shall have a rank of Colonel or lower.
The above effective 0000 hrs. 16 April 2018.
