BuShips Directive 2106-03 was issued on 11 June 2021 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive re-commissions HMS Victorious (BC-425).

Attention to Orders:
Effective as of 0001 Hours on 11 June 2021, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the re-commissioning of HMS Victorious (BC-425). This is a Reliant Class Battlecruiser and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet AOR (Coppell, TX).
The following personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Victorious (BC-425):

The following Republic of Haven Navy personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Victorious (BC-425):
The following civilians and Sphinx Forestry Service personnel are hereby transferred and permanently assigned to HMS Victorious (BC-425):
Subsequent to the re-commissioning, HMS Minotaur (CLAC-01) shall be transferred to the Active Fleet reserves, following an inspection and any repairs deemed necessary. The vessel shall be made available for re-commission at a later date.
