By my Authority as Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticoran Army, Major General Sir Matthew Miller (RMN-1035-12) is hereby directed and required to assume the duties and position of Deputy Chief of Staff of Intelligence, Royal Manticoran Army. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above orders are effective as of 15 January 2020.
