Admiralty Order 2304-01 was issued 10 April 2023 by the First Lord of the Admiralty. It names the most recent inductees to the Order of Queen Elizabeth.

KNIGHT GRAND CROSS
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby promote the following members with the class of Knight Grand Cross effective to March 31, 2023 as a reward for donations.

These members are now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of GCE, and the right to be known as “Sir” or "Dame".
