The Cross of Courage with Laurel Wreath is a Grayson award for civilian bravery not qualifying for the Cross of Courage with Diamonds. It is also awarded to military personnel for bravery in non-combat incidents. No canonical references exist for recipients.

How to Obtain
Recipients of this award will have demonstrated their dedication over extended lengths of time in a variety of positions of responsibility within and benefiting the organization. This member will have consistently performed above and beyond the normal duties of grade, branch, specialty or assignment to the degree of extraordinary recognition from key individuals of the Admiralty. Simple experience of an individual is not adequate basis for this award.
