}}}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, reliving Captain JG Gordon Klein-Lebbink, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The following personnel have been assigned to your command, and are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{#if:hcn

}}}}, there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:
- LTJG Jim McCoy, RMN (RMN-5587-18), is assigned as Executive Officer, relieving Captain JG Thomas Hathaway IV, RMN, in service to the Crown
Based upon the requirements of the service the following brevets are approved:
The above directive is effective on this date, 24 August 20.
