You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{#if:hcn

}}}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer relieving Captain (JG) Danielle Erikson, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard{{#if:hcn
|HMS Merlin (CA-270) |{{#if:CA-270 |HMS Merlin |HMS Merlin
}}}}, there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:
- Lieutenant (JG) Richard Sams, RMN (RMN-5397-18), is assigned as Executive Officer. LTJG Richard Sams is hereby breveted to the rank of COMMANDER, RMN.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN (JG), RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 04 September 19.
