Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on May 28, 2016, it is my duty to announce the commissioning of {{#if:hcn

}}}} This is an Invictus Class Superdreadnought and is assigned to the Eighth Fleet, based in Santa Fe, NM.

As of this date, the new Command Staff for HMS Implacable are:

• Captain, j.g. William Knight (assigned as CO of HMS Implacable)
• Commander Robert Clevenger (assigned as XO of HMS Implacable)

Remaining crew are unchanged at this time.

The following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated below:

• William Knight to Captain, junior grade
• Robert Clevenger to Commander
