Effective 19 SEPT 2016, by my authority as Commanding Officer 2nd Fleet, the following personnel are awarded the NAVY/MARINE CORPS ACHIEVEMENT MEDAL for their participation in Royal Manticoran Navy operations at LionCon, held in St. Cloud, MN on 27 August 2016.
- Rear Admiral Heidi NELSON, BuSup
- Colonel Bryar NELSON, RMMC, MarDet Invincible
- Commander Robert GARTNER, HMS Invincible
- Lieutenant (Senior Grade) Sophia BULL, HMS Valkyrie
These personnel travelled 100 miles to St. Cloud and set up and operated the TRMN trade show booth to promote TRMN and MantiCon. Two (so far) new recruits have signed up as a result of their actions. They have my gratitude for their considerable effort in representing TRMN.
