As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson, I hereby appoint RMN Captain Melyssa Smith as my Staff Communications Officer. She is breveted to the rank of Captain, GSN. As such she is ordered to immediately report to my offices at Sword Hall. Where upon her arrival, Captain Smith will execute the duties of her office as the Intercessor gives her to understand them, effective 09-28-14.
