}}}}, a Reliant-class Battlecruiser currently on station with the Eighth Fleet, and assume permanent command, relieving CAPTJG David Toback, RMN. You are hereby brevetted to the rank of CAPTAIN, GSN, in accordance with BuShips policy with respect to assuming command of a Battlecruiser type vessel.
The above orders are effective on this date, 13 September 2016.
