Order Text

Naval Directive 11FB-02 was issued 9 Mar 2011 under the authority of the First Space Lord. It appoints the command officer of Home Fleet.

Re:	Appointment of Home Commanding Officer (Naval Directive 11FB-02)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Rear Admiral of the Red (Brevet) Joseph C. Dorffner, Jr. to the position of Commanding Officer of the Home Fleet and the First Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 28-FEB-11.

As a Numbered Fleet Commander your duties are primarily focused on recruiting in your naval Districts. Your cooperation with the Space Lords is expected and your mentorship of future appointees to the individual task forces will be so as well.
