Re:	Changes to 1st and 3rd Expeditionary Forces (Corps Directive 02-1408)

In accordance with Naval Directive 14AU-03 the following changes are made to the 1st and 3rd Expeditionary Forces:

The area of operations known as West Virginia in the 1st Expeditionary Force is hereby moved to the 3rd Expeditionary Force.
