Royal Council

The Royal Council was formerly the governing board of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).

With the adoption of TRMN's Bylaws in 2023, the Royal Council became the Steering Committee<ref>Bylaws: Article III, Section 11(c)</ref>, referred to internally as the Grand Alliance Joint Chiefs of Staff, under the Board of Directors.
