By the authority and trust placed in me by Protector Benjamin IX, I hereby transfer Brittany Seamon, Commander, Grayson Space Navy, from the position of Aide-de-Camp to the High Admiral, to Chief of Staff to the High Admiral, effective 0001, 22 August 2013.
