Effective as of 0001 Hours on June 12, 2015, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for {{#if:hcn

}}}}. The new Command Staff are as follows:
Wendy Cheairs is appointed as (Acting) Bosun
Wendy Cheairs is breveted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer
David Reustle is reduced to his permanent rank of Spacer 3rd Class.
CO, XO, and remaining crew are unchanged.
