Please be advised of the following directives with respect to the Bureau of Planning:

'''Directive 20FE-03.01''': You are directed and required to assume command of the [[Bureau of Planning]], relieving [[VADM]] [[New Essex]], [[RADM]], and taking on the title of [[Second Space Lord]] of the [[Royal Manticoran Navy]]. Fail not in this duty at your peril. Furthermore, the [[First Space Lord]] wishes to express her appreciation to [[VADM]] [[New Essex]] for her tireless efforts as [[Second Space Lord]].

'''Directive 20FE-03.02''': With the advice and consent of the [[Fourth Space Lord]], [[MAJGEN]] [[Grays Harbor|Greys Harbor]],<ref>Typo, should be [[Grays Harbor]]</ref> responsibility for all artwork for The [[Royal Manticoran Navy]] and its affiliated branches and groups shall be assigned to the [[Bureau of Planning]]. All definitions of artwork outlined in [[Admiralty Order 1406-01]] shall apply to this directive, and further covers all artwork utilized in any marketing or promotional capacity, including print, audio, and visual mediums, whether digital or printed in nature. The [[Bureau of Planning]] is further directed to work in cooperation with the Earl Marshal of the College of Arms in aiding in the creation of heraldic artwork, such as crests and arms for utilization by The [[Royal Manticoran Navy]].

The above directives are issued with an effective date of 01 March 2020.
