You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{hms|Merlin|CA-270|hcn}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer relieving [[Captain (JG)]] Danielle Erikson, [[RMN]], in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.<br />

The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard{{hms|Merlin|CA-270|hcn}}, there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:<br />
