Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on May 28, 2016, it is my duty to announce the commissioning of {{hms|Implacable|SD-467|hcn}} This is an [[Invictus-class|Invictus Class]] [[Superdreadnought]] and is assigned to the [[Eighth Fleet]], based in Santa Fe, NM.<br />

As of this date, the new Command Staff for HMS ''Implacable'' are:<br />
* [[Captain, j.g.]] William Knight (assigned as CO of HMS ''Implacable'')<br />
* [[Commander]] Robert Clevenger (assigned as XO of HMS ''Implacable'')<br />
