Let it be known that, on this date of 20 November 2021, by my hand, and the authority granted by Protector Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX of Grayson, I hereby appoint Commander Benyamin Loyola of HMS Wolf to the position of Deputy High Admiral of the Grayson Space Navy. This appointment entitles him to all of the rights, responsibilities, privileges and honors associated with the role that he is being raised to. Due to the Nature and Import of this role, he is hereby promoted to the rank of Vice Admiral (F-3).
As such, and with the importance of his role, he is hereby ordered to immediately report to Sword Hall at GSN Headquarters. He shall therefore be my second in all things, acting in my stead if I am unavailable or unable to perform the duties as needed for the running of the Grayson Space Navy, and to be accountable to the Keys, the Protector, and to the Tester in all that he does.
