Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on February 3, 2016, it is my Duty to announce the Change of Command for {{#if:hcn

}}}}, under the command of Lt. Commander Neil Simpson. This is a Joshua-class Destroyer and is assigned to the Fourth Fleet, based in Lisburn, County Antrim, UK.
As of this date, the new Bosun for GNS Joshua is:
