Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on March 16, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of {{#if:hcn

}}}}, under the command of Lt. Commander Neil Simpson. This is a Joshua Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Fourth Fleet, based in Lisburn, County Antrim, UK.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to GNS Joshua:

• Lt. Commander Neil Simpson (CO, GNS Joshua)
• Lieutenant, senior grade William Cuthbertson (XO, GNS Joshua)
• Chief Petty Officer Jean Thomspon (Bosun, GNS Joshua)
